Bidding
COMMISSION BIDDING
There are two ways you can place online commission bids without having to venture to
the Vine Street salerooms:
ON OUR WEBSITE
Submit your bid next to the lot you wish to bid on, in the online auction catalogue.
- Type in the maximum amount you'd like to bid up to on the lot, in the online auction catalogue
- Click 'PLACE BID'
- There is an option of ticking 'Plus One Bid' - This will allow the auctioneer to exceed your maximum bid by one increment, and is only used in the event that more than one party holds the same maximum bid value
- Click on 'Bid Basket' in the top right of the page.
- Follow the instructions to register your bid
- You will the receive a confirmation of your bid via email once it has been registered
BY TELEPHONE
Call us on 01723 507111, and we will fill a bid form in on your behalf.
LIVE ONLINE BIDDING
You can still be part of the live bidding process from where you are sitting.
VIRTUAL SELLING
You can even have your items valued, and sold from anywhere.
