Pair Japanese Satsuma floor vases, Meiji Period, ovoid form, decorated with enamels and gilt, each with four panels depicting a scene of a Daimyo Procession, Samurai in full armor and female figures in an interior setting, on grounds of scrolls and geometric designs with hardwood stands, red painted signature to base, H76cm of vases
Loss of gilding, mainly to base rim. All over crazing to both. Both have light hairline cracks to the base - shown in extra images. No obvious signs of damage.
