Antiques & Decorative Objects

24 July 2025 13:00
Venue: Online & at Duggleby Stephenson, York, YO19 5GF

Our upcoming Antiques & Decorative Objects Auction offers a wide-ranging mix of ceramics, glass, lighting, clocks, objets d’art, and decorative homewares – ideal for collectors, interiors enthusiasts, and trade buyers alike.

Among the highlights is ‘Rockefeller’ by Tim Cotterill (Frogman), a bold limited edition bronze sculpture, and a playful pair of Carlton Ware Guinness toucan lamp bases. The catalogue also includes a strong showing of Chinese ceramics, with pieces from the Tang, Song, and Qing Dynasties, including a Cizhou stem cup, famille rose jars, and a charming terracotta goose.

From further afield comes a striking Spanish Arista tile from 16th-century Seville, and a Regency red toleware tea caddy with fine gilt detailing.

Cricket fans will find something special in the 1897 Jubilee Book of Cricket, filled with autographs and ephemera, including a birthday card from Don Bradman.

The selection also includes a variety of decorative clocks, such as a late 19th-century French ormolu mantle clock with classical detailing.

The catalogue is now available to browse online – take a look and place your bids.
