The catalogue includes items from the 19th and 20th centuries alongside earlier-style examples, offering collectors an appealing mix of craftsmanship, design and utility.Among the highlights is a striking mid 20th century silver-gilt chalice by the Guild of Handicraft, London 1957, with hammered bowl and richly decorated knopped stem. Table silver is well represented, including a pair of seal top spoons in the 17th century style, engraved with a historic date, and a charming pair of Edwardian silver muffineers by G. E. Walton & Co.A particularly decorative lot is a Victorian silver cruet stand by the Barnard family, London 1872, complete with cut glass bottles and finely chased foliate decoration.
