LAST DAY FOR ENTRIES: Friday, 3 April
We are now inviting entries for our The Age of Design – an auction dedicated to the defining movements of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, celebrating the craftsmanship, innovation, and style of the Arts & Crafts, Art Nouveau, and Art Deco eras.
This specialist sale will feature fine furniture, decorative objects, lighting, glass, metalwork, and ceramics, representing the evolution of design from handcrafted tradition to streamlined modernity. We are seeking works by makers such as Liberty & Co., Morris & Co., Shapland & Petter, Archibald Knox, and C.F.A. Voysey, through to Daum, Gallé, Lalique, Loetz, WMF, Alessi, and Susie Cooper, as well as Art Deco furniture and furnishings by Heal’s, Epstein, and Hille.
From handcrafted oak furniture and repoussé copper panels to Art Nouveau glass and Art Deco lighting, this sale will celebrate beauty, form, and function in equal measure.
If you have fine examples of furniture, lighting, metalwork, or decorative arts from these defining design periods, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Just fill out the quick form below to start the process and one of the team will be in touch. You can also reach out directly by phone or email at mail@dugglebys.com | 01723 507111. Our experts are here to provide free valuations and sales advice, with no obligation to sell – so if you change your mind, that’s no problem.
