Approx 7.25gm, size approx R (irregular shape), gold carat not tested, a couple of light nibbles to sapphire, shank good with some light scratches and unevenness to edges, sapphire diameter approx 3.7mm x 3.5mm, base of shank 4.8mm to max 5.4mm
