Explore centuries of discovery, exploration and history through a fascinating selection of early maps, rare books, engravings and historical documents in our Maps, Antiquarian Books & Ephemera Sale.
Among the standout lots are an exceptionally scarce early 18th century plan of York by Vincenzo Maria Coronelli, a set of caricature maps by Robert Dighton and Sidney Hall’s 1830 New General Atlas. Royal interest comes in the form of signed portraits of King George V and Queen Mary, accompanied by a handwritten letter from the Queen.
With historic town plans, beautifully illustrated atlases, antiquarian books and intriguing pieces of ephemera, the auction offers a wealth of discoveries for collectors and history enthusiasts. Browse the catalogue and bid now.
