Join us for this week’s Silver auction, featuring a stunning array of both antique and modern silver pieces. The auction showcases a wide array of exquisite items including elegant tea services, ornate salvers, comprehensive sets of flatware, luminous candlesticks & candelabra, beautifully designed cigarette cases, vesta cases, snuff boxes, vinaigrettes, and an array of novelties, each piece telling its own unique story.

Our upcoming Silver Sale features an exquisite selection of antique and decorative silverware. Highlights include a mid-20th century Swedish silver vase by Wiwen Nilsson, boasting a sleek faceted design and engraved dedication, and a rare George III silver jockey cap caddy spoon from 1798, likely crafted by Elizabeth Morley.

Collectors of Victorian silver will appreciate a pair of trefoil shamrock-form open salts with gilt interiors and a red glass double scent bottle with intricate bright-cut silver mounts by Sampson Mordan. The sale also features an Edwardian miniature silver tea service with finely engraved decoration, as well as a swing-handled basket adorned with floral embossing and latticework.

Quirky and rare finds include an Arts and Crafts silver rabbit caddy spoon by Henry George Murphy, with a hammered bowl and rabbit-ear handle, and a set of late 18th/early 19th-century silver berry and Apostle sifting spoons, featuring parcel-gilt bowls and intricate embossed designs, housed in a fitted tooled leather case.

Don't miss the opportunity to acquire a piece of history or a modern masterpiece in silver, browse the catalogue to see the full selection available.
