From celebrated names of the 20th century to charming scenes from the 18th and 19th centuries, our upcoming Fine & Affordable Art sale offers an eclectic mix for seasoned collectors and first-time buyers alike.

Highlights include Philippe Henri Noyer’s elegant Retour de la Reine Elizabeth Londrees June 1954, a striking oil on canvas capturing a moment of regal history, and Ronald Windebank’s Clover Cottage, exhibited at the Royal Academy Summer Exhibition in 1986. French colour and style come through in Jacques Thevenet’s La Casino de Nice, while a pair of mural designs by Gerald Edward Moira evoke the grandeur of the Venetian Renaissance.

Modern masters feature too, with Joan Miró’s Flux De L’Aimant V – a signed drypoint etching alive with abstract energy – and Barry De More’s textured Yorkshire railway scene Two Diesels. Animal lovers will find appeal in Samuel Raven’s tender A Vixen and her Cubs and the English Naive School’s rustic Horse and Foal. Other notable works include Charles Edouard Frere’s contemplative Melancholic Water Gatherer, Norman Henry French’s sunlit Venetian gondoliers, Greg Kelly’s evocative Harper Field, and an intricate study of Sri Lankan heritage by L K Karunaratne.

With estimates ranging from just £50, this sale offers an accessible entry point to fine art collecting – whether you’re looking for a bold statement piece, a slice of history, or a work that simply makes you smile. Browse the catalogue and place your bids now.
