Description: Late Victorian silver cheroot case with personal engraving, hallmarked Sampson Mordan & Co, London 1896, containing an amber cheroot holder with 9ct gold mount, with makers mark for S Blanckensee & Sons Ltd and stamped 9ct, together with a silver plated cheroot case containing a cheroot holder with gold plated mount, (4)

Condition Report:

Silver case with some surface scratches, and wear to interior. Hallmarks worn but still mostly legible. Amber cheroot holder also with some surface scratches, and light wear to makers mark. Silver plated example and other cheroot holder in similar condition, however case has light wear to plating, and plating to cheroot holder is more heavily worn.
