Thomas Gibson of Berwick - oak and mahogany 8-day longcase clock c 1860, with a flat topped pediment and recessed break arch door beneath, free standing pilasters with brass capitals, trunk with quarter columns to the corners and a wavy topped door, on a rectangular oak plinth with a shaped base, painted dial with floral spandrels and a sporting scene to the break arch, Roman numerals, minute track and subsidiary seconds and date dial's, matching stamped brass hands pinned via a false plate to a rack striking movement, striking the hours on a bell. With weights, pendulum and key.
