A set of nine Horace Knight cherrywood dining chairs, made by Knightman of Thirsk, with fan-splat backs and upholstered seats. The chairs stand on square legs joined by stretchers and include examples of slightly differing widths. One has turned front legs, orange upholstery and no Knight carving; the remaining chairs bear a recessed carved Knight signature.
